International Proactive Art Festival
After nearly 15 years in Ibiza, as well as editions in Mexico and Milan, the white isle’s longestrunning art festival will land in Sardinia for the first time. Cities in Sardinia will become a digital open-air museum where installations and digital technologies will transform the streets and heritage sites into interactive experiences.
With the ethos “ART IS FOR EVERYBODY“, BLOOP—produced by Biokip Labs—offers free, inclusive art for all, including monumental works, playful art hunts, and cultural journeys for locals and tourists of all ages. This Edition 0 is a pilot chapter, offering a taste of the inclusive celebration that brings art,
technology, and culture together to reshape the city year-round.

Turn every walk into an adventure. With realtime geolocation, AR overlays, 3D animations, videos, and interactive artworks, the city comes alive on your screen
Interactive Map: Navigate BLOOP’s murals, installations, and cultural landmarks using a GPS map enriched with AR content. Discover stories, hidden layers, and digital surprises behind each work.
Wellness & Movement
A unique feature: the app encourages movement and exercise along the way, blending creativity, physical activity, and awareness in a multisensory journey.
Community & Art Hunt
Join a playful urban treasure hunt. Capture and collect artworks, share your discoveries, and complete your digital album. Occasionally, dedicated participants may receive a special BLOOP NFT as a symbolic memento.

The project is part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) – Mission 4 Education and Research, Component 2 “From Research to Business,” Investment 1.5 – Creation and strengthening of innovation ecosystems.
It is funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU, with the support of the Ministry of University and Research (MUR) and the Italian government’s Italia Domani program, in collaboration with the University of Sassari and the Sardinia Innovation Ecosystem (e.INS).
