From August the 4th to the 24th the one of the leading street art festivals in the world will be back in town shouting out loud its manifesto, ART IS FOR EVERYBODY.
You might already know but it never hurts to go over: art installations, workshop for kids, plus a treasure hunt applying technology on the streets, exhibitions, music (after all we are in Ibiza) and, obviously, murals.
Photographers who we don’t even need introductions like Martha Cooper, the first woman staff photographer at the New York Post in 1977 and the very first to document and spread the New York graffiti movement, along with the hip hop scene in the ‘70s, and Ninja K, an anonymous photographer with an excellence in documenting hard core graffiti. Helder Cavalcante a new comer, Spaik and INO are coming back once again to splash their colors on colossal walls, and last but not least, crazy installations by Amadama.
After a global pandemic and a war at our doorsteps, we are all feeling a climax, a culmination of all sorts of things.
So in unprecedented times like these we just want to exhibit some creativity at least for a few weeks.
The world might be ending, but not today
